TERMS OF SERVICE

While using Case Bot please keep in ming the following:

Using case Bot is a privilege, not a right. If we catch, or see anything suspicious, we will disable your access to the bot.
If you are using the bot, all data given to the bot through commands belongs to you and us, if you request data deletion we will respect that and delete all the data we store about you. (read our privacy policy to see what data we store)
We reserve the right to ban you from using the bot, editing your (case bot) data, and deleting your data whenever we feel like it.
If you are using the bot before this date (estimated Aug. 31 2021), you are part of Case Bot BETA and will have most of your data reset when we release Case Bot officially.
You are subject to any/all rules put in place at any time and it is your duty to respect and follow them to the best of your ability.
You MAY NOT attempt in any way to reverse engineer Case Bot or attempt to steal its token. It is closed source and protected with copyright. Anything we wright (code or otherwise) legally belongs to us, the developers.
We are in NO WAY Affiliated with Critical Ops or Critical Force, the bot doesn't add any items to your Critical Ops account!

Rank Wins
Rank Loses
Total Ranks Played
IGN (nickname)
Profile Color (in RGB)
EXP amount + level
Command Cooldowns
If You are Rank Banned and when you will become Unbanned
Your Multipliers

We DO NOT store any data to track you or save any message that is not in relation to a bot command. The only reason we have for storing message data is either for analytics, errors, or input commands (such as CB suggest)

By using Case Bot you agree that this information is allowed to be managed and used by the developers and Case Bot itself. You acknowledge that this data will not be shared willingly by any developer in any way (except through Case Bot)
